The Conservatory

The Conservatory is the best of both worlds: enjoy an outdoor-like ambiance without having to think about the weather! The beautifully restored glass covered building provides a versatile layout that can be utilized for many different types of events.

  • Can host 50 people for a seated dinner or 65 for a cocktail hour
  • Includes tables and chairs with set up and take down
  • Equipped with two private bathrooms
  • Can be heated or cooled to allow for year-round use

W.C. Brown House

This former private mansion and National Heritage Landmark, has been fully restored to its Gilded Age glory as the centerpiece of The Reserve. All six rooms and suites offer high end furnishings, quality linens and luxurious private baths. With several common areas and balconies throughout the building, it is the perfect luxurious, yet historic backdrop for many different types of events. 

  • Several seating areas including our library & dining room
  • Access to the Butler’s Pantry for 24/7 refreshments
  • Full gourmet breakfast for all overnight guests
  • Space includes a grand piano, fireplaces, books & games

Legacy House

Steps away from the W.C. Brown House building, our recently renovated Legacy House offers modern accommodations with a historic feel. The Legacy House has five guest rooms, its own living room, sunroom, patio, and dining room that provides guests their own common gathering areas in the building to relax during or after the event. 

  • Several seating areas including our living room, sunroom, & dining room
  • Access to the Legacy House Kitchen for 24/7 refreshments
  • Full gourmet breakfast for all overnight guests
  • Space includes a private patio, fireplaces, books & games

Grand Lawn
